The owner, Clint Frierdich has been in the construction industry his entire life. In 1927 his Great Grandfather started HJ Frierdich & sons servicing St. Louis and southern Illinois and till this day it is still family owned and operated.  A seasoned general contractor, project administrator and director of operations with over 20 years of experience; with a focus on construction management, land development for both retail and commercial, self-storage and multi / single-family projects in the Texas triangle.

 Began career as a concrete laborer, then transitioned to framing and carpentry which has provided a well-rounded perspective and deeper understanding of the building process and realistic completion timelines. Mr. Frierdich has over seen projects in a number of states including  projects in Mexico.  Every location presents new problems and requires unique solutions to ensure the job is done right.
