For Clint Frierdich construction is more than just a job; it’s been part of some of the best moments of his life. In 1927 his great grandfather started HJ Frierdich & Sons, servicing the greater St. Louis and Southern Illinois areas, which is still family owned and operated to this day. With generations of family knowledge at his back, Clint began his career as a concrete laborer, then transitioned to framing and carpentry, and eventually on to project administration and operations. Starting as a laborer and working his way up provided a well-rounded perspective and deeper understanding of all aspects of the building process and realistic completion timelines.

With over 20 years of experience in construction management, land development (both retail and commercial), self-storage and multi/single-family construction, Clint has managed projects in a number of states including projects in Mexico. Every location presents unique challenges and requires creative solutions to ensure the job is done right.
